Qualifications

We are currently looking for an HR manager within a small HR team (HR Manager + HR Assistant) responsible for the full employee lifecycle across a global workforce of 90+ employees located in Belgium (head office), Romania, Spain, Morocco, the Philippines, Bolivia, and Mexico. ACSL, headquartered in Antwerp Belgium, provides an international B2B trading platform able to manage all aspects of online procurement. We offer a sophisticated E-procurement solution, which allows our customers to control content, specification standards and global pricing for all major OEM products in managed hardware and services catalogs and this in over 200 countries globally. The HR manager position is located in the Antwerp head office - together with 20 other colleagues – and is a member of the ACSL management committee.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and implementing a broad HR policy
• Act as a HR Business Partner for management and various business desks
• End-to-end international recruitment
• Onboarding of new employees worldwide
• Management of the annual performance evaluation process
• Coordination of the annual salary review cycle for employees and service providers
• Payroll administration for Belgian employees
• Processing of payments for international service providers
• Drafting and managing employment contracts and service agreements
• Development and implementation of HR policies
• Organization of team-building events and company activities
• Coordination of training and development initiatives
• Promoting and safeguarding employee wellbeing
• Conducting regular online check-ins with international staff
• Office management for the Antwerp headquarters

What you will bring

• A Master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field
• At least 8 years of HR (manager) experience, including a senior, hands-on HR role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with a natural ability to work with diverse cultures and nationalities
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law
• Solid experience with payroll, HR systems and compensation topics
