Job summary

Swissport Cargo Services Belgium in Liège is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle—from attracting talent to supporting managers and helping employees grow within our organisation.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, coordinate onboarding, support performance reviews, and drive employer branding at job fairs, while collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience, including hands-on recruitment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• Fluent in French, with a good command of English and Dutch.
• Proactive, people-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for blue- and white-collar employees as well as managers.
• Build strong talent pipelines and create an outstanding candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and help new colleagues get off to a great start.
• Support managers with performance reviews, talent development and employee growth.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent Swissport at job fairs and networking events.
• Work closely with the HR team to continuously improve our HR processes
