Allied Vision is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll and compliance for Belgium, while supporting payroll in Germany, Singapore, and Japan. You will be the Belgium HR contact for employees and managers, overseeing onboarding and offboarding and assisting with local hiring needs.

You will work within a global group, collaborating with international HR teams to transform HR processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and payroll administration.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English. German is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in working within a global Group structure.
• Reliable and structured way of working, sense of responsibility and service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Payroll/Compensation & Benefits: Manage monthly payroll closure for Belgium and oversee payroll for Germany, Singapore, and Japan. Act as Compensation & Benefits expert for Belgium. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
• Employee relations: Serve as the primary HR contact in Belgium for employees/managers and the local Management Board.
• Employee lifecycle: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Recruitment: Assist HR colleagues with local hiring needs.
• HR team collaboration: Coordinate and support the local HR administration and collaborate closely with international HR colleagues.
• Tools & processes: Support the Corporate Group’s transformation initiatives, with a focus on HR tools and processes.
