Swissport is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from attracting talent to supporting managers. You will lead recruitment for blue- and white-collar roles, build pipelines, coordinate onboarding, and drive HR initiatives.

• Work closely with the HR team to continuously improve our HR processes across Brussels and Liège.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of HR experience, including hands-on recruitment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• A proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to work regularly from both our Brussels and Liège locations.
