Toyota Motor Europe, Brussels, is seeking a Data Analytics professional within the People & Innovation division to ensure HR data is accurate, governed, and transformed into trusted analytics and reporting solutions.

You will bridge HR stakeholders, IT data teams and reporting developers, oversee Snowflake operations, manage Power BI portfolio, and champion privacy and security across HR data products.

Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, Collibra and Data Product creation.
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and present risks.
• Ability to work with HR executives, IT teams, Data engineers, Solution architects, BI developers.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience facilitating workshops and liaising with multinational teams.

• Overview Snowflake operations (catalogue, ingest, semantic modelling design)

• Stakeholder Management (within HR areas and business)
• Monitoring testing and release management
• Ensure compliance, privacy & security rules are followed
