Bird & Bird Brussels is seeking an HR professional to own onboarding, payroll, recruitment and talent engagement in a dynamic, international law firm. You will interact daily with Partners, Associates and Business Services teams to shape the employee experience.

The role emphasizes administration plus recruitment, and offers exposure to wellbeing, diversity and learning initiatives in a multicultural setting. Hybrid work and extensive development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum payroll administration experience.
• Understanding of Belgian employment law and regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; good Dutch and French.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel, and ease learning new systems.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes with contracts and inductions.
• Maintain payroll administration for a team and HR records.
• Prepare HR reports and manage HR database accuracy.
• Draft job adverts and coordinate interviews for Business Services roles.
• Support talent engagement and recruitment activities with Partners and HR team.
