J-Tec Material Handling, part of the Katoen Natie group, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as HR Business Partner. You will manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and implement HR policies in a fast-growing, international context.

You will coordinate job descriptions, vacancy texts, interviews and recruitment proposals, acting as a trusted contact for employees and management while ensuring compliance with Belgian labour laws and company

Qualifications

• Background includes experience in roles similar to HR business partner, HR Generalist, or HR Operations Specialist.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training, career development and offboarding.
