J-Tec Material Handling, part of Katoen Natie, is expanding its HR team and seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle across our Belgium operations.
You will handle recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, career development and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with Belgian labour law. You will collaborate with management and employees, drive HR projects, and contribute to a healthy, sustainable corporate culture.

We want to expand our HR team and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us. You will take on a versatile role with various responsibilities related to the organization’s human resources. As HR Business Partner, you will assist in all aspects of human resource management and be responsible for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment & selection, onboarding, evaluation, training, career development, offboarding,…)
You coordinate application procedures from A to Z. This includes creating job descriptions, writing vacancy texts, organizing job interviews and developing recruitment proposals.
You are a point of contact for both our employees and management and support them in various areas. You answer their questions on human resources related matters and assist them where and when necessary. You keep track of any modifications in the collective labour agreements and regulations relating to human resources and help implement them in the employment policy and regulations.
You manage general HR administration and support the optimization of HR processes & projects. You will have a crucial role in helping shape and support a healthy, safe and sustainable corporate culture.
