Weevo HR is a Belgium-based HR consulting firm dedicated to helping companies grow through tailored HR advice. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify potential clients, build long-term partnerships and translate HR challenges into concrete opportunities for Weevo HR.

You will monitor the market, reach out to new contacts, and maintain a strong network of HR professionals and freelancers, collaborating with our managers to turn opportunities into projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial, B2B, recruitment or consulting environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and comfort with prospecting and reaching out to new contacts.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with good command of English.
• Affinity with Human Resources and consulting is a strong asset.
• You hold a valid category B driving licence.
• You are persistent, results-oriented and good at following up.

Responsabilités

• Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to open doors.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and HR professionals.
• Translate client needs into the right profile or solution and coordinate with consultants.
• Ensure timely follow-up of client requests and opportunities in our systems.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to convert opportunities into projects.
