Your mission

As aManagement Software / ERP Support Consultant, you will assist Belgian and Luxembourgish companies in their digitalization.

Your role combinesbusiness analysis, technical support, and customer guidance:

• ProvideFR/ENG customer support as needed (diagnosis, troubleshooting, follow-up via ticketing).
• Install, configure, and set upnew software solutions.
• Analyze accounting needs and propose thebest ERP configurations.
• Train and guide users (webinars or remote support).
• Collaborate with theprojectanddevelopmentteams to improve tools.
• Monitor satisfaction indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable speaking and writing, with a good knowledge of English?
• Training or experience in accounting/management IT background(fiduciary, SME or company).
• Curious, pedagogical, and passionate aboutmanagement software solutions.
• Customer service oriented, structured approach, team spirit.
• Resilient, solutions-oriented, with a genuine pleasure in helping and sharing knowledge.
• Knowledge of other software is a plus.
