Fluxys seeks a Workplace Experience Officer to optimize Fluxys Headquarters office services, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors.

You will oversee non-technical services, manage budgets and partners, and drive improvements aligned with Fluxys values and HSE policy. Fluency in Dutch and French, plus basic English, is required to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in workplace experience, facility mgmt, housing, hospitality or related field.
• Strong operational organisational skills and a clear service-oriented mindset.
• Able to handle uncertainty, set priorities and stay focused on goals.
• Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders for cooperation.
• Lead teams and partners to deliver reliable, professional and welcoming service.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with a basic grasp of English.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day running of Fluxys Headquarters office environment, workspaces and support services.
• Enhance employee experience by prioritising comfort, service, wellbeing and efficiency.
• Coordinate reception, catering, cleaning, events, mail, reprographics, parking and workplace services.
• Ensure services are provided properly, traceable and customer-focused, including critical mail flows and communication support.
• Manage budgets, resources and external partners; base decisions on quality and user impact.
• Translate workplace experience objectives into team targets and improvement initiatives in line with Fluxys values and HSE policy.
• Coach and motivate internal staff and external partners to deliver reliable, professional, and welcoming service.
• Collaborate with P&O, Safety, IT, Communications and other stakeholders; stay updated on hybrid working and workplace experience developments.
