Job summary

UCB is seeking a Head of Quality Insights in Belgium to lead enterprise quality intelligence and provide leadership with data-driven views of risk, performance and readiness. You will own the Enterprise Management Review framework, consolidate inputs across Quality Operations and Regulatory Intelligence, and deliver decision-ready insights for executive leadership.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, defining KPI catalogs, and guiding governance decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a scientific discipline.
• Significant experience with pharmaceutical quality systems and analytics.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise Management Review framework and cadence.
• Own the Management Review preparation, highlighting insights and risks for leadership.
• Coordinate inputs from Quality Ops, QMS, Regulatory Intelligence and Audit teams.
• Transform fragmented quality data into leadership-ready materials and decision-support outputs.
• Lead the development of executive dashboards, KPIs and scorecards.
