Responsibilities

• Coach a local team of around 6 private bankers.
• Represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
• Steer synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents, statutory agents, and personal banking.
• Take responsibility for the commercial performance of your team.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the team’s results.
• Contribute to the new growth strategy of Private Banking.
