ING Belgium NV/SA is looking for a Director of Private Banking House in Knokke. This role involves coaching a team of six private bankers, managing client portfolios, and driving business opportunities in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Dutch, with strong communication skills and experience in private banking. Opportunities for shaping growth strategies and personal development are offered within a supportive team.

• Strong anchorage in local life and a passion for building new relationships to create business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Result-oriented with a strong commercial drive.

• Proficient in Dutch; good knowledge of French and English.
• Experience in private banking and the ability to develop into an even more effective leader.

Responsabilités

• Coach a local team of around 6 private bankers.
• Represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
• Steer synergies with other departments and segments.
• Take responsibility for the commercial performance of your team.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients.
• Contribute to the new growth strategy of Private Banking.
