Monizze is seeking a Head of Operations to drive a customer-centric, data-driven operational function that enables rapid growth. You will define the operational strategy, lead a talented team of Customer Care professionals, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to continuously improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Experience, or Service Delivery.
• Proven experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company, fintech, SaaS or scale-up is a strong advantage.
