Job summary

Sunrise Group, a leader in sleep health technology, seeks a Head of Medical Devices to define and drive the product roadmap for diagnostic and treatment devices and the related digital platforms. You will lead hardware, clinical, and industrialization experts, aligning strategy with development, data, and marketing teams.

You will shape device strategy from development through post-launch evolution, oversee regulatory alignment (FDA/EU MDR), and ensure strong collaboration with the CEO and CPO

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the medical device industry with product management leadership.
• Understanding of regulated environments (FDA, EU MDR) and reimbursement mechanisms.
• Proven ability to manage a technical team and arbitrate between stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Dx and Tx medical devices and associated platforms.
• Lead and grow the Medical Devices team; align roadmap with clinical, data, and industrialization teams.
• Drive clinician adoption, feedback capture, and market launches in collaboration with commercial teams.
