Sunrise seeks a Head of Medical Devices to define and execute the roadmap for Diagnostic and Treatment devices and their platforms. You will lead hardware, clinical, and industrialization experts, aligning strategy with development and market access.

You will own product strategy, drive adoption, and collaborate with software, data, clinical, growth, and marketing teams to ensure successful market launches.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the medical device industry, including significant experience in product management or product ownership (not purely engineering).
• Has already taken a medtech product from development through to market launch (ideally Class IIa, US and/or EU).
• Understanding of medtech reimbursement mechanisms (US and/or EU) and their impact on product decisions.
• Proven management of a technical team.
• Solid understanding of regulated environments (FDA, EU MDR) — without needing to be an expert in them.
• Demonstrated ability to arbitrate between stakeholders with diverging interests (clinical, dev, data, industrial, business).
• Fluent in French and English

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for Dx and Tx and align it with reimbursement windows.
• Drive physician adoption: onboarding programs and practitioner satisfaction measurement.
• Capture user feedback from patients and physicians and translate into product evolutions.
• Instruct and review gates within defined budgets and roadmap decisions.
• Arbitrate cost/performance/manufacturability/time-to-market trade-offs.
• Interface with software, data, clinical, growth, and marketing teams as the product voice.
• Contribute to strategic product decisions with the CPO and CEO.
