Fintensy builds and operates the technology platform behind mozzeno and other financial services. As we scale, we seek a Head of IT to grow our engineering team, sharpen processes, and ensure technology delivers on business ambitions.

You will focus on leadership, coaching, stakeholder visibility, and delivering technical roadmaps rather than hands-on coding. A strong technical grounding supports influence, while people and delivery come first.

Responsabilités

• Team leadership & coaching — Provide mentorship and day-to-day support to developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Technical project leadership — Lead the delivery of technical projects end to end — infrastructure, platform, security, tooling and cross-cutting engineering initiatives.
• Recruitment & onboarding — Lead hiring for developers, infrastructure engineers, and data & AI specialists; oversee onboarding to integrate new hires.
• Process refinement — Shape agile practices with Product Owners; trial AI-assisted coding and automation to raise efficiency and quality.
• Visibility & communication — Ensure transparent reporting of progress, roadmaps and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & facilitation — Act as bridge between developers, Product Owners, data scientists and external partners.
• Technical oversight — Maintain depth in stack (AWS, .NET, Angular, Python, event-driven micro-services) and champion security.
• Culture & growth — Foster ownership, curiosity, and pragmatic problem-solving; promote AI tools.
