You will mentor staff, recruit talent, refine agile practices with Product Owners, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Experience managing engineering or cross-functional teams and coaching people.
Proven track record delivering technical projects end-to-end.
Designing and refining agile or lean processes to improve delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Organised and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple initiatives.
Comfort with AI-assisted development and emerging tools.

Responsabilités

Lead the engineering team and mentor developers and data scientists.
Drive end-to-end technical project delivery including infrastructure, platform, security, tooling.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of engineers and data specialists.
Refine agile practices with Product Owners to maximise productivity.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks and resource needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, data scientists and external partners.
Maintain depth in stack (AWS, .NET, Angular, Python, micro-services) and champion security.
Promote a culture of ownership and continuous learning; enable AI tools.
