mozzeno is seeking a Head of IT in Belgium to lead and grow the engineering team, align ways of working, and drive the technical roadmap with stakeholders. This is a leadership role focused on people, collaboration, and delivery rather than hands-on coding.

You will mentor developers and data scientists, refine agile processes, and champion security and DevOps practices while partnering with product and business to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams and coaching growth.
• Track record delivering technical projects end-to-end.
• Designing and refining agile or lean processes.
• Strong communication to multi-disciplinary audiences.

Responsabilités
