Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Finance Controller (f/m/d) to join our team in Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor. You will manage financial planning, reporting, and controlling activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a university degree in business or finance, strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and fluency in English; Dutch/French are a plus. On-site position with opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Previous experience in accounting, controlling or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a fact-based approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly to new situations, processes and ways of working.
• A proactive, hands-on and highly motivated attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
