Compusearch bv is seeking an experienced Team Manager Applications to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering customer applications with Salesforce at its core. You will own project portfolios, define roadmaps, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

The role combines people leadership, architectural input, and delivery governance to ensure high-quality, customer-centric solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience leading application teams or large projects.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; professional English is a plus.
• Hands-on CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of about 10 professionals including analysts, developers, PMs, a Salesforce Architect and Release Manager.
• Foster a high-performing culture and develop team members.
• Prioritize work and balance resources with business priorities.
• Own the portfolio of customer IT projects and translate strategy into a roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architects on future vision.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Oversee maintenance and support of applications; ensure high availability.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests per SLAs.
• Monitor health and performance of key applications.
• Provide functional leadership to Salesforce team members and governance.
• Manage budgets and supplier contracts; drive continuous improvement.
