Compusearch bv seeks an experienced Teamlead Applications to head a multidisciplinary team delivering customer-facing digital solutions with Salesforce at its core.

You will manage a team of about 12 professionals, oversee project portfolio, budgets, and supplier contracts, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with the Customer Strategy and enterprise architecture. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or another relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing application development teams or leading complex application projects.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions within an enterprise complex environment.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing CRM solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Field Service is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Planview, Omnitracker, and AI-driven solutions is considered a plus.
• You bring strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Are you an experienced IT Applications teamlead with a passion for customer-centric solutions, digital transformation, and high-performing teams?

We are looking for a Teamlead Applications to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering and evolving the customer application landscape, with Salesforce at its core.

In this strategic leadership role, you will combine people management, project portfolio ownership, and technology leadership to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of customer-focused digital solutions.

Job description

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 professionals, including application analysts, developers, project managers, as well as a Salesforce Technical Architect and Release Manager.
• Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team culture while supporting the professional growth of each team member through effective coaching and development.
• Prioritize team activities and ensure the right balance between workload, resources, and business priorities.
• Own and manage the portfolio of customer-related IT projects, translating the company's Customer Strategy into a clear and actionable project roadmap.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to define and communicate the future vision of the customer application domain.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and support of the applications within your domain, ensuring high availability and an excellent user experience.
• Organize and optimize the handling of incidents, change requests, and service requests in line with departmental processes and agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Proactively monitor the health and performance of business-critical applications.
• Provide functional leadership to the Salesforce Technical Architect and Release Manager, ensuring governance, consistency, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices across all Salesforce teams.
• Manage the budgets and supplier contracts required to deliver your team's objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
