Compusearch bv seeks an experienced Teamlead Applications to head a multidisciplinary team delivering customer-facing digital solutions with Salesforce at its core.

You will manage a team of about 12 professionals, oversee project portfolio, budgets, and supplier contracts, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with the Customer Strategy and enterprise architecture. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or another relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing application development teams or leading complex application projects.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions within an enterprise complex environment.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing CRM solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Field Service is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Planview, Omnitracker, and AI-driven solutions is considered a plus.
• You bring strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Own and manage the portfolio of customer-related IT projects.
• Define and communicate the future vision with stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Oversee maintenance and support of applications in your domain.
• Organize incidents, changes, and service requests per SLAs.
• Monitor health and performance of business-critical apps.
• Provide functional leadership to Salesforce team roles.
