Sander in Belgium is seeking an IT Manager to own both people and technology within a highly regulated environment. You’ll lead the internal Support team and take a hands-on role in IT projects, collaborating with external partners and business to deliver practical IT solutions.

You will drive DORA-related documentation, maintain strong relationships with external providers, and work with other technology teams to continuously improve the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, support or IT management with a strong technical foundation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with ability to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading or coordinating an IT/support team and driving projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the internal Support team while staying involved in day-to-day IT operations.
• Take a hands-on role in IT projects and contribute to technical implementation.
• Manage the relationship with an external infrastructure partner for smooth collaboration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into IT solutions.
• Own DORA-related documentation, processes and requirements.
• Work with other technology teams to deliver projects and improve the IT environment.
