Accenture is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design and build components for advanced AI systems powering enterprise-level applications. You will translate architecture into production-quality software, wire agents, tools, and memory components, and ensure secure, observable, and scalable delivery in client engagements.

You will collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and application developers, applying open source libraries, evaluating platforms, and delivering enterprise-grade AI

Qualifications

• Experience designing, coding, and building advanced AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML with at least one cloud vendor.
• Experience in Agentic, LLM and Generative AI space.
• Experience architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
• Experience in coding and engineering, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions and applications.
• Coding experience using Python

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and configure individual agents and integrate them into multi-agent workflows.
• Implement agent orchestration logic that handles task handoffs, communication, and error recovery.
• Build evaluation harnesses and test suites that measure agent and component quality.
• Integrate foundation models into applications, selecting the appropriate model and invocation pattern.
• Build and run model fine-tuning pipelines to adapt models to business domains.
• Build ingestion pipelines to parse, chunk, enrich, and index unstructured content for retrieval.
