You will prototype AI features, develop production-grade Python services integrating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise data, and help scale secure, observable software while promoting responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building AI-powered software solutions.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Familiarity with AI models, LLMs, and ML pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Prototyping AI-powered features and developer tools to validate user needs and business value.
• Developing production-grade Python applications and services that integrate LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Turning successful prototypes into secure, scalable, maintainable, observable, and well-tested solutions.
• Introducing AI-assisted development practices and reusable workflows to improve productivity and software quality.
• Coaching and collaborating with developers through demonstrations, pairing, knowledge sharing, and hands-on experimentation.
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies pragmatically and contributing to sound technical design and engineering standards.
