ictjob.be is seeking an experienced freelance Product Owner for a greenfield Guidewire Cloud implementation in Commercial Insurance. You will own the Product Backlog for PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter, collaborating with business stakeholders, BAs, solution architects and configuration developers within a distributed Agile delivery team.

The role includes defining the product vision and roadmap, translating objectives into epics and user stories, and prioritising requirements by value and risk.

Qualifications

• Experienced freelance Product Owner in insurance implementations.
• Experience with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Ability to work with distributed Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the Product Backlog for PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
• Define and communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories.
• Prioritise requirements based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
• Act as the decision-maker for product-related questions and priorities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define target business processes and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with Guidewire configuration teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements, and PI Planning.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and release planning.
• Ensure successful delivery of business value throughout the implementation lifecycle.
