Penta Hotels Worldwide GmbH is seeking staff for guest reception and lounge hosting at our Leuven property. You will welcome guests, check them in, and assist with tips about local attractions. You will also handle emails, invoices, and shift cash registers while keeping a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Your role includes occasional night shifts and ensuring guests depart with a warm goodbye. We value hygiene, English communication, and a team-oriented approach in a casual uniform environment.

• Experience in service and reception.
• Hygiene is the rule and kept up to date.
• English language communication with guests and team.
• Attentive and responsible—team player.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests at check-in and assist at the bar.
• Provide tips about local attractions and welcome guests as host in lounge.
