Hotel Amigo in Brussels is seeking a proactive Guest Relations professional to ensure every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.

The role emphasizes warm, professional guest interactions, VIP arrangements, and collaboration with other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist in preparing VIP arrivals, welcome amenities and special arrangements.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and guest feedback while applying service standards at all times.
• Be attentive to client requests, take notes and ensure their execution.

Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Relations who will ensure every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
