Hotel Amigo, a Rocco Forte Hotel in Brussels, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead cleaning activities, ensure standards, and coordinate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Assists in organizing work activities and provides work instructions.
• Ensures the daily execution of cleaning activities based on checklists.
• Inspects cleaned guest rooms, sanitary facilities, and public areas.
• Provides work instructions and supervises staff.
• Oversees room set-ups, furniture arrangements, and other equipment.
• Ensures compliance with internal rules of conduct and professional standards.
• Oversees laundry lists and linen inventory.
• Ensures adequate stock levels of linen and guest amenities; prepares all materials and linen required for cleaning operations.
• Reports malfunctions or defects to the technical department and follows up on repairs.
• Handles guest complaints, resolves issues, provides information, and ensures required services.
• Ensures communication between the Executive Housekeeper and the cleaning staff; coordinates urgent cleaning requests.
• Participates in operational tasks when required, including cleaning rooms and sanitary areas, maintaining public spaces, setting up rooms, and moving furniture.
