Holiday Inn Brussels Airport in Brussels is offering a Reservations & guest service expert internship within the Sales department. You will process reservations for individuals and leisure groups and support guest queries while working on-site from Monday to Friday during business hours.

You gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations, customer service, and the use of the Opera PMS system, contributing to a positive guest experience in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Team-oriented with a guest-centric mindset.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with inquiries about the hotel and services.
• Handle reservations for individuals and leisure groups in Opera PMS.
• Maintain daily checks and tasks during business hours on-site.
• Support the sales team and ensure smooth administrative flow of bookings.
