NH Hotels & Resorts in Brussels seeks an enthusiastic F&B Allround to deliver exceptional guest experiences across meals and events. You will welcome guests, take orders, convey brand standards, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to upsell available F&B offerings while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or Dutch and a high level of English.
• Vocational training in hospitality or F&B is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and hospitality mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service that promotes guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards.
• Maintain direct and frequent contact with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of frequent guests and their preferences.
• Be aware of and upsell available F&B products and services.
• Coordinate with Kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Set up and clean tables in dining areas and meeting rooms as required.
• Assist with product setup, quality checks and service standards.
