Conveo is seeking a Go-to-Market Associate Intern to support GTM operations in Antwerp. You will own end-to-end initiatives, build internal tools, and improve sales collateral while partnering with sales, marketing, and engineering.

You’ll gain experience across systems behind the funnel, automation, and product onboarding, contributing meaningfully to the growth of a YC-backed AI research platform.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, management, engineering or any other relevant degrees.
• High agency: you don’t wait for a task list; you see what needs doing and do it.
• Comfortable working with data and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills: you can juggle multiple initiatives without dropping balls.
• A builder's instinct: you like making processes and tools better, and you're not afraid to pick up new software to do it.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve internal GTM tools. Own the apps the team relies on daily; design, build, and ship, using modern AI tools to move fast.
• Own sales enablement. Lead the internal hub of decks, one-pagers, and collateral; plan with stakeholders, build, and keep content sharp.
• Run support and customer operations. Own the inbox: automate triage and maintain fast, helpful replies.
• Keep the business organized behind the scenes. Manage contracts, documents, pricing tooling, renewals, and subsidies.
• Research markets and competitors. Map new verticals, track ICP patterns, surface insights to sharpen selling.
