Conveo is seeking a Product Engineer for internal tools and apps to own full-stack development—from the interface to the infrastructure—primarily with Slack, React, and TypeScript, plus API design and cloud services.

You’ll shape product direction, collaborate with sales, CS, and recruitment, and ship AI-powered features built on LLMs. This YC-backed company offers meaningful equity, offices in London and Antwerp, and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building applications or tooling that automate human workflows.
• Full-stack experience across API design, databases, async workflows and backend, and clean, user-friendly UX on the frontend.
• Being AI-native with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and LLM APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own the full stack, from the interface to the infrastructure.
• Build internal tools the team uses daily, primarily Slack/React and TypeScript.
• Be the engineering voice in every team: listen, interpret, and translate feedback into scoped decisions.
• AI-first: develop AI-powered features, prompt engineering, and async pipelines.
