Ariad Group in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketeer to accelerate digital growth for a leading omnichannel retailer in Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will own setup, management and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other channels, using a test-and-learn approach to drive traffic, conversions and revenue. The role is hybrid with a focus on data-driven growth and AI-enabled opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing and e-commerce, preferably retail.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset based on data-driven decisions.
• Growth hacking mentality with experimentation mindset.
• Awareness of AI, generative search and LLMs in advertising.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other channels.
• Analyze performance, adjust campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead test-and-learn experiments and scale successful formats.
• Explore AI, generative search and LLM-advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, content, studio and e-commerce teams; guide external agencies.
• Track trends and translate insights into concrete opportunities.
