The Product & Growth Marketing Lead owns marketing at Optioryx. You define positioning and messaging, decide where we invest, and build most of the work yourself alongside one marketer and external production support.
The work is as creative as it is analytical. Somebody has to come up with the idea, the angle, the video concept and the ad, and then read the numbers honestly to see whether it worked. We are looking for one person who enjoys both halves.
You’ll obsess over data, test quickly, and adapt fast.
You have done this before. You have helped bend a growth curve, and can explain what actually caused it. This is the one we weigh most heavily.
You combine strategic thinking with execution. You can connect what you are doing this week to where the business needs to be in two years. You like building things from the ground up and making them scale.
You are creative. Ideas, content, video concepts, ad creative. You can look at a warehouse problem and see the angle nobody has used yet.
You are data driven. Comfortable with analytics, honest about results, and able to tell a real signal from a flattering one.
You are willing to understand warehouse operations. Willing to walk the floor, talk to operations managers and learn how picking, packing and slotting actually work. Nobody markets well to this sector without that curiosity.
