Go Vocal is a gov-tech SaaS scale-up reshaping digital democracy. Our AI Growth Marketing Lead will own the qualified pipeline and build the experimentation engine with automations and AI enrichment to accelerate tests and outcomes.

You will lead growth initiatives across content, partnerships, ABM, SEO, Paid and website optimization. This role is remote in Europe with CET±2 and requires hands-on stack expertise.

Qualifications

• Growth marketer with a generalist mindset across the funnel.
• Ability to build with AI tools and automation (n8n, Make, Zapier) and test ideas fast.
• Experience shipping end-to-end growth experiments: hypothesis, build, launch, readout, decision.

Responsabilités

• Own the growth marketing vertical and the qualified pipeline KPI.
• Develop and scale demand generation through content, partnerships, ABM, SEO and paid channels.
• Lead AI-enabled funnel improvements, automation and personalization for faster testing.
