Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Business Engineering or Computer Science, or a proven self-taught track record.
• 3+ years in consultancy, IT integration, or fintech startups is a big plus.
• Financial sector knowledge with accounting integrations is advantageous.
• Data-driven decisions with eagerness to learn and a holistic view of solutions.
• Startup mindset with collaboration, ownership, and proactive approach.
