Projective Group Talent seeks a Functional Analyst to bridge business and IT in financial services environments. You translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across banking, insurance or payments projects.

You’ll grow through the Talent Academy & Traineeships, supported by coaching and a tailored client match, with opportunities to join clients permanently after two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in a financial services context such as banking, insurance or payments.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Good understanding of application landscapes and system integrations.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and document business processes and needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Gather, structure and validate requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Create functional analyses, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a point of contact between business and development teams.
• Support development follow-up, functional testing and UAT activities.
• Safeguard consistency and quality of functional documentation.
