Job summary

Impact Europe in Brussels leads the investing for impact network across Europe and drives growth of its membership and funding base. The Growth function builds partnerships with foundations, corporates and public funders, while expanding paid offerings and membership value.

The role leads a Growth team, shapes the fundraising strategy, and collaborates with the CEO, Board and programme colleagues to secure sustainable income and scale impact.

Qualifications

• Proven fundraising track record securing multi-year grants and partnerships from foundations, corporates or other institutional funders.
• Experience growing membership networks and engaging communities.
• Ability to brief boards and senior funders effectively.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a membership growth strategy across European segments.
• Own growth targets: acquisition, engagement, retention and fee income.
• Lead major funder relationships from prospecting to renewal.
• Develop funding propositions with programme colleagues.
• Set up programmes/products for funders and partners to stay informed and engaged.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting to CEO and Board.
• Lead Growth team with clear goals, trust and accountability.
