The EEB, Europe’s largest network of environmental NGOs, is seeking a Fundraising and Development Officer to implement the 2025–2030 fundraising strategy, nurture donor relations, initiate and manage applications, and coordinate fundraising across teams.

You will report to the Director of Membership and Governance, support the internal Fundraising Team, and help diversify funding streams ahead of the 2029 European elections and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fundraising and development experience.
• Proven ability to manage donor relations and successful applications.
• Strong written and oral English skills.
• Good knowledge of the European CSO funding landscape.
• Experience coordinating multiple fundraising projects and teams.

Responsabilités

• Implement the 2025–2030 EEB fundraising strategy across teams.
• Research funding opportunities and support thematic fundraising.
• Coordinate EU LIFE Programme applications and other grants.
• Develop and submit project proposals and maintain donor outreach.
• Keep donor and project databases up to date and ensure timely reporting.
• Organise staff trainings on fundraising and project management.
