Job summary

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Senior Controller Commercial & Operations to provide forward‑looking financial insight across the group. You will connect performance reporting with business drivers, challenge forecasts, and support decision making with harmonised analyses and scenarios.

In this role, you will partner with Area Finance Managers and key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to drive value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Economics or Business Engineering.
• Experience in controlling, FP&A, business partnering in a multinational environment (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business insights.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management with a structured approach.
• Willingness to operate in an international, challenging environment.
• Fluency in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect Group performance reporting with underlying drivers and business decisions.
• Challenge monthly performance reviews, budgets and forecasts with Area finance teams and key stakeholders.
• Develop harmonised controlling standards, definitions, analyses and reporting.
• Act as finance business partner for selected commercial and operational stakeholders to support value‑creating initiatives.
• Support integration of acquired businesses into Group Controlling processes.
• Contribute to finance transformation, analytics and automation initiatives.
