Schréder in Liège, Belgium, is seeking a Group Product Development Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team through new product validation, certification and market release, with ongoing maintenance post-launch.

You will report to the Group Development Director and align with Research, Purchasing, Lab, Production and Supply Chain to mitigate risks and drive a strong technology and competency roadmap for the group.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering with relevance to mechanical/electromechanical fields.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience and people management.
• Strong project management knowledge and CAD proficiency (SolidWorks).
• Good English and French language skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a cross functional team with End-to-End accountability.
• Create a high-performing team with SMART objectives, coaching and career planning.
• Allocate resources to NPD projects and maintenance activities; manage long-term competence.
• Contribute to technology, product and competency roadmap; drive process improvements.
• Ensure project deliverables and risk management across development lifecycle.
