The Boortmalt Group is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee planning, consolidation and analysis for its international operations. You will drive financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, while leading a finance team and aligning data with strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable financial insights in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CFA) encouraged.
• Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation and analysis.
• Strong modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis expertise.
• Experience leading finance teams and driving improvements.
• Proficiency with SAP and JDE reporting systems.
• OneStream experience is a plus; BI tools Power BI/Tableau valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English and French fluency; Dutch is a plus.
• Results-oriented with focus on accuracy and operational excellence.

• Experience managing and leading finance teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with financial reporting systems such as SAP and JDE.
• Experience working with OneStream is considered an advantage.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
