Whitehall Recruitment Ltd is seeking a General Manager for a client operating in the chemicals and petrochemicals sector, overseeing regulatory, health and environmental issues and product stewardship initiatives.

Based in SE UK or Brussels, the role leads a 30+ specialist team across the UK, Belgium, EU contractors, and will drive strategic plans, budgets and KPI delivery while expanding software-enabled services.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• Strong financial controls experience.
• IT literacy and systems management to achieve objectives.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with global chemical regulatory schemes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate processes across the organisation to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Lead a growing team of 30+ professionals in multiple locations.
• Develop strategic plans, KPIs, and budgets with Directors.
• Contribute to software business development and product stewardship services.
