Cummins Inc. is looking for an Environmental Strategy Manager in Belgium, Brussels, to lead regulatory sensing, analysis, and advocacy across global markets.

You will translate complex environmental and product regulatory documents into actionable guidance for engineering, product teams, and leadership. The role requires leading cross-functional regulatory programs, building relationships with regulators and industry groups, and delivering clear regulatory messaging to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s preferred.
• Experience with environmental/regulatory policy and product regulations.
• Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory sensing and analysis for environmental and product regulations.
• Anticipate regulatory developments and advise on impact and opportunities.
• Develop and lead regulatory positions and advocacy strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional advocacy programs with Engineering, Legal, Product, and Government Relations.
• Build relationships with regulators, industry associations, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Communicate regulatory intelligence and strategic recommendations to internal teams.
• Synthesize data and trends to support business strategy and planning.
• Manage multiple cross-functional regulatory projects and improvement initiatives.
