Televic Group in Izegem, Belgium, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the technical setup, ICT infrastructure, and delivery of our digital classroom projects in Africa. The role involves regular travel up to 25% to Ghana, Senegal, and other African countries, and close cooperation with both Belgian and African teams.

You will coordinate classroom networks, Windows PCs, and UPS systems, organize technical training, and ensure timely, quality project delivery per SLAs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on ICT experience in Windows PC staging, networks and remote support.
• Experience with coordinating remote technical teams and delivering training.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the technical operations of the local African teams from Belgium, with regular travel to Accra and Dakar.
• Set up and configure classroom networks, Windows computers and UPS systems.
• Organize technical training for local IT teams and establish remote support procedures.
• Ensure technical quality and timely delivery based on SLAs and best practice for ICT infra.
• Gather technical requirements by communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report to the Africa BU Manager and collaborate with the commercial PM Africa.
• Lead the technical implementation of projects in African education institutions.
• Collaborate with Belgian and African technical teams on solutions.
