Jan De Nul, based in Aalst, Belgium, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruitment lifecycle for our business unit. You will partner with HR Partners and hiring managers to attract, engage, and select top talent, including hard-to-fill technical profiles, at domestic and international events.

You will drive campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders while contributing to strategic HR projects that improve candidate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or a related field with minimum relevant experience.
• Experience in HR recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably for hard-to-fill technical profiles.
• Strong networking and communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the business unit.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.
• Represent Jan De Nul at national and international job fairs and events to boost employer branding.
• Organize campus recruitment activities and engage students and young professionals.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on talent attraction and candidate experience.
