Job summary

Premium Sound Solutions seeks a Global Supply Chain Project Engineer to coordinate demand and supply planning, drive cross-functional improvements and ensure production capacity aligns with global needs.

You will mentor teams across regions, translate data into actionable plans and push risk-based initiatives using SAP IBP and Power BI. Travel may be required in this international role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in SCM, business, engineering or economics.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, PM, ops or resilience.
• Solid understanding of S&OP/IBP, MRP and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP and planning/reporting tools; IBP/Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global demand and supply planning and validate inputs.
• Align forecasts with plant, supplier and logistics capacity.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects for resilience and continuity.
• Develop SAP IBP dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Monitor risks, drive root-cause analyses and actions.
• Coordinate pilots and global rollouts including training.
